With a background in Cultural Studies and certifications in wellness and etiquette, I’ve blended my love for people, culture, and personal growth into a platform that celebrates the many layers of wellness: physical, emotional, spiritual, occupational, and financial.

What brings me the most joy is helping women discover balance in their own unique way — not through comparison or perfection, but through confidence, self-awareness, and intentional living. From health and travel to lifestyle and etiquette, my vision is to share tools, stories, and experiences that empower women to create a life that not only looks good but truly feels good.
